ACYPL seeks
applications for a full or part-time internship for the fall 2009
semester. Interns report directly to the intern coordinator but
will work closely with all members of the ACYPL staff, including

Other Opportunities Fulbright Senior Specialists Program Sponsored by the United States Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, the Fulbright Senior Specialists Program is a unique short-term exchange program for academics and professionals, including political practitioners. Ranging between two to six weeks, the program offers professionals the opportunity to engage in and learn from international arenas. The program is designed to increase participation, promote awareness, and create international connections between the U.S. and other nations. Offering the opportunity to broaden perspectives, the program allows for the specialization in such disciplines as: business administration, communications and journalism, economics, education, environmental science, information technology, law, political science, public administration, public/global health, and social work. Creating international collaboration, the exchange programs can include such activities as: conducting needs assessments and surveys, taking part in specialized academic programs and conferences, participating in or leading seminars or workshops, and or conducting faculty-training programs.
