Virtual Professional Fellows Congress
In 2020, Professional Fellows from 60 countries and territories will participate in the Virtual Professional Fellows Congress, a program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government that is focused on building international networks and fostering leadership development. The Professional Fellows Congress has been administered by ACYPL since 2015.
This year, rather than hosting a 3-day conference in Washington, DC, the event will be hosted virtually in November for international participants of the Professional Fellows Program. The virtual conference will include keynote addresses from thought leaders, video messages from State Department officials, and professional development workshops focused on leadership and promoting your work.
The Professional Fellows Program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government, and is supported in its implementation by 15 U.S. not-for-profit organizations including ACYPL. The program focuses on emerging international and American leaders working in the areas of civic engagement, economic empowerment, and governance and society. Alumni are encouraged to register on the State Department’s International Exchange Alumni website and make the most of the resources there.
